Second sign-up round for Dark Horses is now open!
Same as last year, signing up for Dark Horses Qualifications happens in two patches this year. The first “Early Bird” sign-up happened in May, the second time around it’ll be open from July the 1st until July the 15th.
The Early Bird round prioritized those air guitarists whose home countries don’t host national competitions, but on the second round all competitors have equal chances to get chosen. The spots aren’t filled on first come first served basis, but through a raffle as per usual. The sign up form was opened in the morning of July the 1st and close at 23:59 (UTC+3) on July the 15th.
All signed-up competitors will be notified by Friday 18th of July whether they got picked. The chosen Dark Horses will then be asked to pay a 25 € entry fee within a week, to confirm their spot in the qualifications.
