Netherlands has crowned their Air Guitar Champion 2025
Netherlands’ final took place on Friday the 30th of May at the VESTROCK -festival in Hulst. Amongst the competitors was Sven “Sven Spandex” Smith from Great Britain, who ended up winning the whole thing! Sven Spandex will travel to Oulu in August, to represent Netherlands in the World Championships Final. You can watch a video of the final from Omroep Zeeland’s website.
Netherlands made a comeback and joined the national competition network again after ten long years. There has been one Dutch World Champion in the history of AGWC, when Michael “The Destroyer” Heffels won the title in 2005, exactly 20 years ago.
