Belgium’s Air Guitar Champion has been selected!
Belgium’s eventful Air Guitar year culminated on Thursday 27th of June, when the Belgians chose the most talented Air Guitarist amongst themselves to represent the country at the Air Guitar World Championships final in Oulu.
The National competition was held in the early evening at De Kriekelaar Community Center in Brussels. At the end of the action-packed night, Bryan “Dirty Beaujolais” Antoine was crowned as the Belgian Champion, earning him the title for the second year in a row. Dirty Beaujolais has won the Belgian Championships four times combined, since the contest first started in 2009.
The second place of the contest went to Sven “Sven Spandex” Smith, who traveled from London to compete. Third place went to local air guitarist Quentin “Ryan Ballsbreaker” Verriest.
